Yes, I have jumped on on the blown up photography wagon. I have been inspired by these images in Lonny:

I've also been inspired by my blogging friends Jennifer from Rambling Renovators and Wendy from Desire to Decorate and their large works of art from personal photographs.
It also helps that I have a photographer friend who just dropped off a USB full of photos she has taken over the last month of myself, Aidan and mostly Keaton at the cottage, at BBQs and pool parties. PLUS, I have a $50 credit to PosterJack.ca, burning a hole in my pocket, that I won on Design Blss Inc. a little while ago.
I think this is a recipe for some pretty nice large pieces of art, don't you?
The problem is, I'm having trouble narrowing down what I'm going to get printed. When I say "large piece of art", I'm talking like 24" x 36" - not something I should be taking lightly. There is an amazing photo of the three of us, but do I really want my face that big in my living room?
If I just keep it to photos of Keaton, do I choose the close-up, more "modeling-type" shots or do I choose the more obscure ones eg. Keaton doing an impromptu downward dog pose at the cottage.
I need help! What is your take on blown up photography? What type of photo would look the best "large and in charge"?
