I know I have been talking a lot about online magazines lately, but they really are all the rage now…and they are so juicy good! Now, I’m sure you’ve heard but yesterday was a big day in the online magazine world – the infamous Rue Magazine came out with their first issue and Lonny unveiled a new website. Here are my thoughts:Holy Cannoli! Rue Magazine is good! I honestly had butterflies reading it because it was such a piece of art! You’ve probably already been inundated with photos from the magazine, so I’ll talk about my favourite part – the extras! The magazine was chock full of free downloads for party invitation templates and fun behind-the-scene videos.
I’m a little obsessed with online videos right now, so I loved them, especially the “Ain’t No Party Like A Ban.Do Party” one – AMAZING! It was fun, playful and I instantly wanted to be a part of it! Watch them both here.And now onto Lonny’s new website. Another amazing addition! Their Decorate section catalogues all the images from the magazine’s past issues by room, so it’s a great place to look for inspiration!
And I’m excited to announce that Lonny has a new blog too! I love the layout of it – so clean and fresh…and interesting! I’ll definitely be checking back for what they have in store! 
Lonny also just announced that they are also offering a hard copy of their magazine for readers, but it comes at a price - $34 per issue to be exact. A tad pricy, but I think the magazine is a work of art and inspiration, so I might just be asking for an issue or two for Christmas!It is really clear that the teams at both Rue and Lonny have been working very hard to bring us, the readers, the best online magazines and extra features they can offer. And, in my opinion, they are both passing with flying colours!

I took a quick browse through Rue yesterday, and I really liked what I saw. I'm looking forward to reading it page by page and really absorbing all the beautiful things :-)
