New Crate & Barrel

I haven't done a double post day in a while, so I wanted to get back into the swing of things!

I have been a big fan of Crate and Barrel, since it came to Canada not too long ago.  Their line of home goods and furniture is completely affordable and they have some really great stuff! They just launched a cool new website, where you can shop by rooms designed by the C and B staff.  You just pick a room, add all the items to your cart and BAM! You have decorated your house! - definitely the lazy man's way of decorating, but great for anyone out there that doesn't know the ins and outs of decorating.  Here are some of my fav rooms:
This front entryway could be yours for $1979.50

Love those chairs and that marble table - all yours for $6261.00

This bedroom definitely has a cool vibe to it - for $6811.90

I know all you interior designers would shudder at that thought of buying a room all in one swoop, from the same retailer, but would anyone else considering doing this?

Dear Crate & Barrel Canada.

Your website is delightful and its tools utter joys. But please, do as railroads, gold prospectors and hockey players have done before you: head west! Just over the Rockies awaits a coastal people with little to do in winter besides shop.

The entryway is by far my favourite; their use of black hits the spot perfectly.

I love that marble dining table.....I think it would be great to shop like this for display homes and home staging.....I wish Australia was on their list of potential stores to set up....

I'm a big fan of C&B too! I love the French bistro table (my last post shows it in my client's kitchen with more modern chairs) - its size is perfect for small spaces. The bentwood chairs are so inexpensive and they are actually made in an original Thonet factory - love that!

That bedroom is dreamy! the side table brings a warm rustic feeling to it and I guess that's what we need in a bedroom, no?

That dining table is beyond gorgeous, and what I wouldn't give for enough space to have that entry :) xx
